When I got injured, Ted was quick to research and find ways of supporting me and adapting to anything I threw his way. He took the time to learn and develop all in support of the people he works with.

I've been training with Ted for just under a year now, and it has genuinely been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've always loved exercise - mainly running and cardio - but I had lost consistency. With work and family life getting busier, I realised more than ever the importance of strength training in my mid-40s, something I hadn’t been doing - so I started training with Ted.
Ted really listens to your goals and how you want to achieve them, then structures consistent, progressive training around that. I don’t think there’s been a week where I haven’t improved at something, which is incredibly motivating - especially when you get to ding the PB bell! His programming is thoughtful, building each week to be challenging but never overwhelming, and I genuinely feel stronger than ever.
A main goal of mine was to achieve a strict pull-up. At our first session, I could barely hang from the bar. Today, I’m hitting 5 reps with a light band, all of my major lifts have increased, and I’d gladly challenge Fury to an arm wrestle!
Training with Ted has improved my running, mental health, strength, and body shape - all of it. He’s not a quick-fix, Instagram-style coach. He promotes long-term, sustainable health benefits of training and strength, which have nothing to do with image - and that’s a rare and wonderful thing.
