Ted made me feel comfortable whilst challenging me to go beyond the realms of what I thought was possible. In such a short space of time not only have I achieved my goal weight, I feel stronger, more confident and most of all - happier.
Ted always checks in on how I’m feeling and what my training outside our sessions has been like. Some days, I struggle with sticking to a strict routine, but Ted’s extensive knowledge of different training methods allows him to adapt our sessions to match my mood. Even on the days I feel tired, I always leave our sessions with a sense of accomplishment.

As someone that has numerous fitness goals, including weight loss, getting stronger and improving cardio, I've found Ted to be an extremely effective trainer. Ted has not only helped keep my programming varied, engaging, and fun, but has also managed to personalise it to be achievable with my demanding lifestyle changes (I recently had a baby) and historical injuries (namely shoulder and Achilles). Ted also has good nutritional knowledge and has helped me create a diet plan that is easy to follow and doesn't leave me feeling hungry.
In just a few months of training with Ted, I feel stronger, fitter and healthier. I am fitting into some of my old clothes again and I've lost 16 lbs! Having been selected to represent England I needed personal development that would compliment my hockey training. Ted tailored a programme that pushed, progressed and developed me into the player I needed to be for the World Cup. Each session was considered and, if needed, adjusted for any niggles or so as not to overburden a muscle group. He is professional, a very clear communicator and I can’t thank Ted enough for each of his sessions and support.

I started training with Ted in June 2023 and have been training with him ever since. I was a complete beginner who had never lifted weights; done any form of HIIT workout and I didn't enjoy exercise!
Now over a year on I can say that as well as feeling much healthier, I enjoy exercise and that's because of the thought and variety that Ted includes into my sessions. I have learnt skills such as the Olympic rings, boxing, TRX and recently have been improving my strength with deadlifts and bent over rows. Ted is an encouraging and enthusiastic coach. Most importantly I feel comfortable and able to improve week on week with his support!
I started doing PT sessions with Ted as someone who was new to the gym, I wanted to develop the knowledge and confidence to be able to train by myself throughout the week and this is exactly what I got training with Ted.

I’ve been working with Ted for around six months now to develop my gymnastic skills and some of the more technical Olympic lifting techniques. I think he understands my body as well as myself now - knows when to push harder and when to save some energy. As a result, I’m now able to complete sets of double unders, handstand walks, muscle ups and I’ve recently smashed my snatch squat PB.

Having recently started CrossFit I wanted to develop my skill set and improve myself outside of class.
Ted has helped me develop in all areas from some of the basics; kettlebells, landmine and other dumbbell exercises to Olympic lifting and gymnastics. Ted has been instrumental in boosting my confidence in my abilities. I had never done CrossFit gymnastics before and within two months I had my first muscle up.
Ted always delivers a valuable session, on the days when I have had a bad week of training or not managed to train at all we have always adjusted to suit and had a great session with some key takeaways. Applying the things I have learned from Ted to my workouts has been really gratifying.
For anyone looking to get more out of CrossFit or their body in general I can wholeheartedly recommend working with Ted.
I used to be the type of guy that thought that a little bit of exercise every day would yield the results I had hoped for. I think everyone knows that the principle of that is okay but the reality is that you need guidance, continued motivation and progress in that training to achieve results. That is what Ted has given me. On top of this, he has also given me confidence to do new forms of exercise and use new equipment. He does this all with a smile on his face and a truly personal approach.
We have been doing joint personal training sessions with Ted for just over a year now, and we absolutely love it. We have noticed a significant improvement in our health and feel much stronger. We transitioned from not exercising at all to attending weekly classes and personal training with Ted.
