My name is Ted, and I created PENHEX.


I spent most of my life in the music industry, touring the world as a Tour Manager. While it gave me incredible experiences, the lifestyle also led to unhealthy habits that began to impact my mental and physical health. In my early 30s, I realised something had to change. On June 5, 2022, I committed to taking accountability for my well-being.


That moment inspired PENHEX - “Pentagon” for five and “Hexagon” for six - a reminder of the day (5/6) I began my journey toward a stronger, healthier, more balanced life.


Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others do the same: building strength, confidence, and habits that create lasting change far beyond the gym.
